Hover over the ‘Help, Tips and Support’ tab. A drop down menu will appear. Click on the name of the learning platform you want help with.

Each page explains what the learning platform is used for and how to access it. Some pages have downloadable user guides, others have links to help videos.

If you have any queries which you can’t resolve using the help pages, you know you can always e-mail your class teacher on their home learning e-mail address. They will do their best to resolve your problem.
