I hope you've all had a great weekend and are ready to get back into the classroom!
We will be using the platform Seesaw for our weekly homework from now on. Your child will have a weekly spelling test and a weekly maths fluency test every Friday. For their homework, their task will be to practice for these tests. Every Monday a new spelling and numeracy list will be uploaded onto Seesaw, the children will receive books for them to record their practice in. To reduce the number of items being taken back and forth from school, please keep these books at home for the time being. To evidence that your child has been practicing regularly you can upload a photo of their work to their account for us to see.
We will be sending reading books home as well, but we will request that these books come to school with the children everyday so we can continue to regularly read with them in class.
