Learning Zone Three is a real focus are for creating, investigating and having some messy fun! Sand, paint, glue, ice are all things children are likely to find in this area. There are many cross curricular links planned in this zone, for example melting ice to reveal hidden shapes. Art and Design is a key focus - children make their creations using a range of mediums and techniques.

Activities include: sand, water sink, creative table and a dry sink which is very often used for science, music or RE. All of these activities are supplemented with books, games, writing or opportunities to use technology.
