Well Being Overview

At Bishop Lonsdale, we believe in promoting positive mental health and emotional wellbeing to ensure that the school is a community where everyone feels able to thrive. Our school ethos and values underpin everything that we do.

The physical and mental health and wellbeing of all our pupils, parents, staff and governors is of great importance to us. We promote and teach healthy bodies and minds at school and are strongly supported by both Derby County Community Trust (DCCT) and AM Sports.

On the following tabs you will find information to support the whole family with healthy eating, keeping fit and mental wellbeing.

At school Mrs Bladon is our Senior Mental Health Lead and our Mental Health First Aider.
If you have concerns about your child's mental health please speak to your child's class teacher.
